A Great Spurgeon Quote

I am baptist because I am convinced of Believer's Baptism.  Charles Spurgeon was as well.  I found this quote funny from the book Theologians of the Baptist Tradition on page 119.
"Spurgeon soon became convinced he should be baptized by immersion, leaving his Congregational background, at least on that point.  When he announced this decision to his mother, she said, 'Charles, I have often prayed for your conversion, but not that you would become a baptist.'  Charles replied, 'That shows, dear mother, that God has done exceeding abundantly above all you asked or thought.'"
