Guerite, it's truly a fantastic book. I read it once for my own benefit, and it's now been required for school two more times. Every time it's been beneficial for me.

Sometimes when I have a prideful thought I tell myself to "shut-up". Not exactly revolutionary, but... there you go.
This is not something I do, but I think God does for me: "I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me" (Ps. 51:3)
